Matthew Malter Cohen is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in talent strategy, assessment, and analytics. Currently serving as a Board Advisor at Sapia.ai, Matthew previously held positions at Capital One, including Senior Business Director for Pre-Hire Talent Strategy, Assessment & Analytics, where significant contributions were made in developing talent assessment tools and driving data-driven hiring practices. Prior to this, Matthew was the Head of Research and Development at pymetrics, leading efforts to create performance-enhancement software utilizing cognitive neuroscience.
