Chris Dempsey

Chris Dempsey is an experienced operations and project management professional with a strong background in traffic management and utility contracts. Currently serving as the Director of Operations at Sapphire Utility Solutions Ltd since August 2019, Chris previously held roles such as Project Manager at Multi Utility UK and Chairman of the Board at North Manchester Golf Club. Chris has extensive experience in operations management with companies like Amey and Enterprise Plc, managing national grid and United Utilities contracts and establishing in-house traffic management divisions. Previous roles also include Project Manager at Morgan Est and Site Agent at T&K Gallagher Ltd, alongside early career experience at McAlpines and Subterra. Education was completed at Middleton Technology School between 1992 and 1996.
