Francesca Luchi

Born in Milan in 1961. Graduated summa cum laude from Università Statale of Milan with a dissertation on bankruptcy law.

Since 2018 she is an Independent member of Saras' SpA Board of Directors and in May 2022 she has been appointed chairman of the Remuneration and Nominations Committee.
