Raymond Arnold

Raymond Arnold, P.E. is a seasoned project engineer and senior associate at Sargent & Lundy, with extensive experience in SCADA system design and implementation. Prior to this role, Raymond held the position of IT Engineer-II at FirstEnergy Corporation, where responsibilities included designing SCADA systems for substations, coordinating energy management system changes, and mentoring new engineers. Earlier experiences include serving as an engineer in controls at Allegheny Energy and as a senior technician at West Virginia University, managing IT infrastructure and providing technical support. Raymond holds dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Electrical Engineering and Computer Engineering from West Virginia University and completed studies at Harford Community College.
