Kemalettin Akkaya

Kemalettin Akkaya is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources and organizational development. Currently serving as the Director of Operational Excellence at Sasel Saudi L.L.C since April 2023, Kemalettin previously held the position of Human Resources Director at Kervan Gıda until November 2022. With a strong background in training and development, Kemalettin has also worked at Anadolu Birlik Holding as Manager of Training Organizational Development and has contributed to various projects including the New Ashgabat International Airport and New Doha International Airport. Early career roles include HR & Admin Manager at Ekin Proje and Yenigün İnşaat A.Ş., along with positions in administration and software. Kemalettin holds a degree in Business Administration and Management from Erciyes University.
