Busi Molato

Busi Molato is an experienced professional in the fields of safety, health, and quality management. Currently serving as a SHE Risked Based Audit Specialist and Principal Quality Practitioner at Sasol since October 2017, Busi has a strong background in quality assurance and internal auditing from a previous position as a Quality Assurance Practitioner at Scaw Metals Group from August 2014 to September 2017. Busi's career at Sasol began in December 2011 as a Quality Co-Ordinator and SHE: IMS Co-ordinator. Educational qualifications include a Postgraduate Degree in Risk Management from the University of South Africa (2021-2022), a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) in Safety Management from the same institution (2012-2015), and a Bachelor of Social Sciences from Rhodes University. Busi's foundational education was completed at Sasolburg High School.
