Stefan Strydom

Stefan (SJ) Strydom serves as the Head of Energy Digitalisation at Sasol, where responsibilities include leading the long-term digital transformation of the Sasol Energy Business to enhance competitive advantage and consumer experience. With over two decades of experience at Sasol, Stefan has held various roles, including Vice President of Digital Delivery, where a digital framework and strategy were developed to enhance customer journeys. Additional roles include Digital and Agile Transformation Lead in Europe, Product Owner for an agile team, and senior management positions focusing on operations, marketing, and business development. Stefan holds a D.Sc in Organic Chemistry from North-West University and certifications in Product Ownership and Scrum Master from the Scrum Alliance.
