Tas Patience

Tas Patience is a seasoned talent partner currently at Sauced, where the focus is on assisting founders and CEOs in building and developing their go-to-market teams since March 2022. Prior to this role, Tas gained valuable experience at HMSHost from June 2017 to March 2022, starting as a part-time barista and quickly advancing to assistant manager within two years. This journey involved managing a team of 12 baristas, with a strong emphasis on coaching and developing individuals new to the hospitality industry, demonstrating a deep passion for exceptional coffee and customer service.
