Ali al-Shanqeeti

Ali Al-Shanqeeti currently serves as the Deputy CEO for IP Operations at the Saudi Authority for Intellectual Property since February 2021. Prior to this role, Ali held prominent positions including Director of the Oncology Center at King Faisal Specialist Hospital and Research Centre from January 2019 to February 2021, and Chief Executive Officer of the National Blood and Cancer Center from April 2010 to December 2018. Ali's earlier experience includes research and clinical roles at KACST, King Fahad Medical City, and multiple positions at King Faisal Specialist Hospital & Research Centre and King Saud Medical City. The educational background includes a Combined Hematology & Oncology Fellowship Program from Washington University in St. Louis, a Combined Internal Medicine Pediatrics Residency Program from Michigan State University, and a medical degree from King Saud University Medical School.
