Masood Raza

Masood Raza is an experienced leader in the field of operations and maintenance, currently serving as VP of Operation and Maintenance at Saudi Tabreed Operation & Maintenance Co. since January 2023, focusing on district cooling services. Previously, Masood held the position of Head of Operations and Head of Division ESCO at GECO M&E LTD from September 2017 to February 2023, where leadership in establishing a new division for energy savings and solar power was demonstrated, resulting in multiple successful projects and important registrations. As General Manager at Jumbo Engineering from February 2013 to September 2017, Masood led a significant turnaround, increasing revenue sixfold within three years. At PAL Technology, Masood managed a construction team overseeing projects worth about 4 billion AED and held roles in engineering management at Shankland Cox LLC and Mott MacDonald, showcasing a solid foundation in HVAC systems and design. Masood Raza holds a PGDIM in Management from IGNOU and a B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from BCE Patna.
