We acquire hotels, hostels, large commercial buildings, unbroken student accommodation and large apartment blocks with potential for refurbishment and redevelopment. We also acquire land without planning permission for residential development.

We specialise in properties that other real estate investors may find complicated, and we pride ourselves in finding commercially workable solutions to these problems.
