Troy Oleson

Troy Oleson currently serves as the Vice President of Operations at SavATree and has been a Brand Ambassador for the Ski-Doo Snowmobile brand at BRP since November 2020. Previously, Troy held various leadership roles at HMT LLC and FieldCore, including Strategy Director and Director of Global Operations, where responsibilities encompassed managing global technology operations, supporting critical metrics for field execution, and leading operational teams. Troy's extensive experience in outage operations and productivity management at GE Power included roles such as Region Outage Operations Leader and Productivity Manager. Troy earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and an Associate's degree in Industrial Mechanical Technology, contributing to a robust background in operational excellence and project management.
