Charlie Sword

Charlie Sword is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in digital programming and mobile advertising. Currently, Charlie serves as the Director of Digital Programming at Save the Children International since May 2021. Previously, Charlie worked as an Independent Consultant from 2010 to May 2021 and held significant positions such as Board Member for EMEA at the Mobile Marketing Association and Director of Mobile Advertising at Yahoo! Europe, where responsibilities included managing Yahoo!’s mobile advertising network in Europe. Additional roles include Project Manager at Vodafone, Team Leader for Portal and Payment Products at Orange, and Senior Product Manager at Orange UK, focusing on mobile payment strategies. Early career experiences include Business Development Manager at eCountries and Implementation Manager at Mondex International, a subsidiary of MasterCard. Charlie holds a degree in Modern and Medieval Languages from the University of Cambridge.
