Project Management

The Project Management team at Save the Children Nederland oversees the planning, execution, and completion of various initiatives aimed at improving children's lives. This includes coordinating youth participation projects like Speaking Minds, supporting therapeutic play programs such as TeamUp, recruiting for domestic programmes, and ensuring all projects meet organizational standards and goals.
