Andrew Holden

Andrew Holden is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in property management and client services. Since February 2015, Andrew has served as the Director and Head of UK Surveying at Savills, where responsibilities include overseeing portfolio management. Prior to this role, Andrew was the Director of Client Services and Property Management at Capita Property and Infrastructure from May 2010 to February 2015. Andrew's career began at NB Real Estate, where a tenure from March 1991 to April 2010 included serving as Director of Property Management, specializing in commercial property and asset management for corporate occupiers and investors. Andrew possesses a BSc (Hons) in Estate Management from South Bank University, attained between 1986 and 1990, along with an earlier education at Highgate School from 1979 to 1984.
