Jason Hayes

Jason Hayes is an experienced professional in the mechanical and electrical fields, currently serving as Head of Major Works at the City of London Corporation since June 2016. Prior to this role, Jason held positions such as Senior Surveyor & Projects Team Manager and Project Manager at bpha, where responsibilities included the management and administration of mechanical and electrical works for capital projects and maintenance programs. Jason's career began as a Mechanical & Electrical Apprentice at John Hare Ltd, progressing through various roles, including Electrical Technician at Arc Electrical Ltd and M & E Project Surveyor at North Hertfordshire Homes, demonstrating a solid background in project management and technical expertise in housing stock maintenance and improvement. Jason completed education at Bedford College from 1997 to 2004.
