Tom Asher

Tom Asher is a seasoned professional in the industrial and logistics real estate sector, currently serving as the Director and Head of Industrial for Yorkshire and North East at Savills since September 2019. Prior to this role, Tom held multiple positions at JLL, including Associate Director for both Industrial and Logistics Agency and Lease Advisory. Tom's career began at the Valuation Office Agency as a Graduate Surveyor, where a broad range of experience was gained, particularly in Business Rates, Compulsory Purchase, Valuation, and Capital Taxation. Tom achieved MRICS status by passing the APC and holds a BSc(Hons) in Geography and Archaeology from the University of Leicester.
