Janel Ryan

Janel Ryan is an accomplished professional currently serving as Chief of Staff at SailPoint, where collaboration with the chief customer officer focuses on strategic initiative development and capacity staff modeling. Previously, Janel held the role of Sr. Director of Partner Enablement, creating and implementing training programs to support the transition to a SaaS model. Prior experience includes leadership positions at NETSCOUT, Symantec, SunGard Availability Services, VeriCenter, Agiliti, Transition Networks, and MCI/Verizon Business, with a strong emphasis on product marketing, enablement, and management. Janel holds an MBA in Management from the University of St. Thomas and a BBA in Marketing from Iowa State University.
