Eugenia Gonzalez

Eugenia Gonzalez is an accomplished consultant with extensive experience in executive search and organisational effectiveness. Currently serving as a Consultant at Saxton Bampfylde since January 2022, Eugenia previously held the position of Head of Higher Education Practice at Oxford HR, where the focus was on the for-purpose sector. Eugenia's tenure at Perrett Laver spanned from October 2013 to May 2021, during which roles included Senior Consultant, Consultant, Associate Consultant, and Senior Researcher, assisting various public and private organizations with leadership challenges. Additional experience includes exam-related roles with The International Baccalaureate and academic positions at Birkbeck, The Ohio State University, and Louisiana State University.
