Hadley Poole is an experienced project manager with a strong background in venture capital and marketing. Currently serving at Open Opportunity Fund since June 2023, Hadley contributes to investments in Black and Latino founders. Previously, Hadley held roles at Panoramic Ventures and Judge Ventures, focusing on diverse founders and overseeing various business portfolios. Early career experiences include executive assistant roles at Cast & Crew and co:collective, where Hadley managed operations and supported significant company expansions. Hadley began the professional journey as a marketing assistant at Primary Wave, enhancing brand partnerships. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Kennesaw State University.
