Silvia Michineau

Silvia Michineau, CDP, currently serves as a Global People & Culture Programs Specialist II at SBA Communications, after progressing through various roles within the company focused on diversity, equity, and inclusion, as well as talent acquisition. Previously, Silvia worked as a Mexico Account Representative at Total Quality Logistics, managing sales support for logistics operations between Mexico and the U.S. Experience also includes managing office operations at A&A Parts and Carts from 2017 to 2022, along with customer service and sales responsibilities at the same company from 2012 to 2017. An internship at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Panama involved legal drafting and treaty modifications. Silvia's background includes a degree in Law and Political Science from Universidad Latina de Panamá and secondary education at Oxford International School.
