Matthew Francis

Matthew Francis, MBA, CPSM, currently serves as the Head of NA Supply Chain and Operations at SBM Life Science, starting in June 2024. Prior to this role, Matthew was the Head of Operations at Xilis, where significant contributions were made to transform a biotech startup into a professional organization conducting clinical trials. Matthew also held various leadership positions at ADAMA US, including Head of North American Operations, where operational enhancements were achieved through the integration of demand planning and sourcing functions. Experience at Thermo Fisher Scientific included roles from Senior Manager to Director of Supply Chain, with a focus on establishing growth strategies and improving service levels. Matthew began their career in supply chain and logistics at Doe & Ingalls and had early experience as a Customer Service Specialist at Reichhold. Matthew's foundational service as a Combat Medic in the United States Army Reserve underscores a commitment to service and leadership. Educational qualifications include an MBA from Colorado State University and a BS in Economics from East Carolina University.
