The Legal and Compliance team at SBS Transit is responsible for ensuring that the company's operations in public transport services, including both bus and rail segments, adhere to all applicable laws and regulatory requirements. The team provides legal advice, manages compliance risks, supervises regulatory filings, and oversees the resolution of any legal disputes. With key roles such as the Group Chief Internal Audit Officer and Group General Counsel & Company Secretary, the team also ensures corporate governance standards are met and maintained.
