Jim Longshore

Jim Longshore is an experienced executive in operational excellence and process improvement, currently serving as Vice President at SBTI since September 2019, where responsibilities include aiding clients in deploying and integrating Operational Excellence programs. Prior roles include Senior Manager at Centric Consulting and a previous tenure at SBTI where Longshore held the title of Vice President from 2009 to 2019, directing Lean Six Sigma deployments in Healthcare and Global Manufacturing. Jim Longshore also served at WellPoint in various leadership roles focused on process improvements in Provider Services, and held director-level positions at Peerless Pump Company and Trane, where significant contributions to quality initiatives and cost reductions were achieved. Educational credentials include an MBA from the University of Indianapolis and dual BS degrees in Electronic Engineering Technology from Purdue University and Indiana University Indianapolis.
