Ibraheem Alhashim

Ibraheem Alhashim is an accomplished AI consultant and data scientist with extensive experience in artificial intelligence and technology development. Currently serving as the lead AI consultant at SCAI since January 2024, Ibraheem focuses on developing advanced AI solutions for smart cities. Previously, as a Senior Data Scientist at SDAIA from May 2021 to November 2023, Ibraheem led a team responsible for implementing cutting-edge AI models into real-world applications. Ibraheem co-founded NyarTech and held the position of Chief Technology Officer at Mawidy, creating a popular online medical appointment booking app. Additional experience includes serving as an AI consultant for a Saudi government entity and as a postdoctoral fellow at KAUST, specializing in depth estimation and 3D shape reconstruction. Ibraheem holds a PhD and MSc in Computer Science from Simon Fraser University, complemented by a Deep Learning Nanodegree from Udacity.
