Andrew Hansen

Andrew Hansen joined Scalar in 2022 as an Advisor. His valuation experience involves purchase price allocation, complex securities, option pricing methods, and Monte Carlo simulations. Before joining Scalar, Andrew was Senior Manager at GuideCap Partners, a middle market investment bank and valuation services firm. Previously, he served as an analyst in the cash-flow modeling group for S&P Global Ratings, a provider of credit ratings, market intelligence, and investing tools. Andrew received an M.B.A. in Finance and Strategy from the Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University, and a B.B.A. in Finance and Entrepreneurship from Baylor University. Andrew is a CFA® charterholder.
