Sahil Bhaiwala

Sahil Bhaiwala has extensive experience in leadership and strategic roles within various organizations. Currently serving as Director and General Manager of the Global Public Sector at Scale AI since March 2022, Sahil has also held positions such as Head of Quality Infrastructure and RLHF Delivery and Head of Strategic Product Management - Enterprise. Prior to Scale AI, Sahil co-founded 6FTCloser and worked as a Strategy Consultant at REDIST. Experience includes directing international expansion at BARK and serving as a Senior Associate Consultant at Bain & Company. Early career roles included private equity internships and summer analyst positions at PwC, alongside tutoring at Kaplan Test Prep. Sahil holds both a Master of Arts in Economics and a Bachelor of Arts in Pure and Applied Mathematics from Boston University, complemented by education from Phillips Academy.
