Vladimir Bazhutin

Vladimir Bazhutin is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in software engineering and team leadership. Currently serving as Team Lead at Scale AI since February 2024, Vladimir launched the Scale AI Coding Leaderboard to assess LLMs in coding tasks. Prior to this role, Vladimir was a Full Stack Engineer at Vitral.io, optimizing analytics dashboards, and a Software Engineer at JUICE Finance, where development was led for the omega.xyz landing page and app. As Co-Founder and Smart Contract Engineer at Cacao, Vladimir created a unique lending mechanism and developed secure smart contracts. Earlier experience includes significant contributions to the development of tarkov.help, as well as roles at Spectrum and Comcast, starting from 2018. Vladimir holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Kurgan State University.
