Greg Elliott

Greg Elliott is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success and organizational leadership. Currently serving as SVP of Customer Success at ScalePad since September 2024, Greg leads a global organization that encompasses various aspects of customer engagement. Prior to this, Greg held the position of SVP at Loopio from January 2020 to September 2024, overseeing a team of over 70 professionals dedicated to customer experience and success across multiple countries. Greg has also served as VP of Customer Success at PatSnap, where leadership focused on commercial business performance and global customer support, and held senior roles in customer success at Influitive and Vision Critical. Early career experience includes a VP position in data processing at Corsential ULC. Greg holds a degree in Computer Analysis from Centennial College.
