Caryn Kopp

Caryn Kopp is the Chief Door Opener® at Kopp Consulting, a position held since October 1999, focused on facilitating business development by aiding leaders in initiating conversations with key decision-makers. In addition to consulting, Caryn serves as a speaker for EO New Jersey since June 2007 and has held a past board member role at Scaling Up Coaches since 2019, where Caryn also acts as a Sales Messaging Coach for coaches worldwide. Previous experience includes a role as Director of Sales at Next Generation Radio from 1995 to 1997, specializing in new business development in the radio industry, and brand management at Bayer from 1993 to 1995. Caryn holds an MBA in Marketing from NYU Stern School of Business (1991-1993) and a Bachelor's Degree with double majors in Marketing and Communications from Babson College (1981-1985).
