Karen Béjar

Karen Bryant currently serves as the VP of Talent & Organizational Development at DWFritz Automation, a position held since October 2021. Previously, Karen held senior leadership roles in human resources, including Sr. Director at Micro Systems Engineering, Inc. from August 2016 to October 2021, and HRIS Program Manager prior to that. Karen's extensive experience in human resources also includes positions at Towers Watson, where roles included HR Business Analyst and HR Business Partner, and earlier roles at United Stationers Supply Company and VMC Consulting Corp. Karen Bryant holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Pacific Lutheran University and an MBA from the University of Phoenix, along with senior certifications in human resources.
