Thomas Nieszner

Thomas Nieszner is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in logistics and transportation. Currently serving as a Non Executive Board Member at Scan Global Logistics since June 2023 and a Non Executive Director at Planzer since August 2015, Nieszner has held pivotal roles at DHL, including President of DHL Motor Sport and Senior Advisor to the Deutsche Post DHL Board from June 2017 to November 2021, and CEO of DHL Global Forwarding between July 2015 and May 2017. Nieszner's tenure at DHL also encompassed various leadership positions from 2002 to 2013, overseeing operations across Europe, Asia Pacific, and EMEA. Prior to DHL, Nieszner was CEO at Danzas from January 1995 to December 2001, where responsibilities included managing intercontinental operations and global integration initiatives.
