Robert Miller

Robert has over 32 years of experience in drug development. He has worked in the pharmaceutical industry for Zeneca (now AstraZeneca) and Protodigm. Robert was a founding member of the consultancy Fulcrum Pharma Developments and worked as Chief Medical Officer until its merger and subsequent sale to ICON. He is a founder and managing partner of the drug development consultancy Artemida Pharma Ltd. As a consultant, Robert has acted as Chief Medical Officer/Medical Director for a number of companies, especially in the oncology and immuno-oncology field. He trained and worked as a cardiothoracic surgeon at the London Hospital Medical College before moving into the pharmaceutical industry. He is a Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons and a Fellow of the Faculty of Pharmaceutical Medicine and the Royal Society of Medicine.
