Kristina Patek is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in investment and corporate governance. Currently serving as a Board Member at Platform24, Matilda FoodTech, and Doktor24, as well as holding a position as Senior Investment Director at Stena Sessan, Kristina has been instrumental in creating long-term value through responsible investments. Kristina also holds directorships at Scandic Hotels, Resurs Bank, and previously at Didner & Gerge and Bilprovningen. Notably, Kristina led Mergers & Acquisitions at Tieto during a significant acquisition period.
