Kelma Correia is an experienced Human Resources Analyst with a strong background in recruitment and selection processes. Currently serving at Scania Group since February 2018, Kelma focuses on recruitment activities, including candidate profiling, job postings, interview facilitation, psychological testing, and feedback provision to management.
