Mattias Eklund

Mattias Eklund is an experienced process engineer specializing in battery production at Scania Group since October 2012. Significant responsibilities include designing for assembly, production development in collaboration with R&D, and quality assurance activities such as P-FMEA and PPAP. Previous roles at Scania include project leader for the introduction of a new gearbox, overseeing factory expansions, layout work, and investments, and project engineer for MAN introductions. Prior to Scania, Mattias worked at Volvo Personbilar Sverige as an assembly worker and completed an internship at Brandon AB focusing on warehouse efficiency. A background in team leadership was developed at McDonald's Corporation, and Mattias served as a referee in local football leagues. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Production Technology from Chalmers University of Technology.
