Josef Gerg

Josef Gerg is an accomplished engineer specializing in control and regulation technology, currently employed at SCANLAB GmbH since October 2021. Prior experience includes a role as a working student at HAWE Hydraulik, where Josef developed validation methods for evaluating network and system models from May 2020 to October 2021. At Maschinenfabrik Reinhausen, Josef contributed to the development of modular system models in Matlab/Simscape between February 2019 and May 2020. Additional experience as a working student at Infineon Technologies involved basic programming and special machine construction from September 2017 to March 2018. Josef began a career as a technical product designer at Dorst Technologies in early 2015. Academically, Josef earned a Master of Engineering with distinction in Mechatronics from Hochschule München University of Applied Sciences in 2021 and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Ostbayerische Technische Hochschule Regensburg in 2020.
