Gail Gibbs

Gail Gibbs serves as an Advisory Board Member at Scanta since February 2022 and held the role of Senior Vice President of Global Sourcing at Lakeshore Learning Materials from September 2022 to September 2024. Prior to these positions, Gibbs had an extensive career at Best Buy from April 2005 to April 2022, including roles as Vice President of Human Resources, where leadership was provided for corporate HRBP and HRIT teams, and as Vice President & General Manager of Exclusive Brands, overseeing the global private label strategy across numerous product categories. Previous experience includes a Business Development Manager role at Imation, managing global product profitability, and an engineering position at 3M. Educational credentials include an EMBA from the University of St. Thomas and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of North Dakota.
