Laura-Jane Hoddes is an accomplished marketing professional with extensive experience in leadership roles within the beauty and cosmetics industry. Currently serving as Chief Marketing Officer at SCBM Services since December 2024, Laura-Jane has held similar positions at Louella Belle and Solace Jewellery Ltd. Previous experience includes leading marketing initiatives at Gerrard International and managing various prestigious brands at Glorious Brands Ltd. Laura-Jane began their career at L'Oréal, progressing from national account roles to product management for Lancôme.
