Sunita Mistry

Sunita Mistry is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer experience and cloud operations. Currently serving as the Head of Customer Experience at SCC since May 2022, Sunita previously held the position of Head of Cloud Operations at HM Revenue & Customs from June 2017 to May 2022, where key responsibilities included managing cloud provisioning and service management within the Cloud Delivery Group. Sunita’s earlier role as Operations Manager at Fujitsu UK from March 2004 to June 2017 involved overseeing service delivery and operational support. Sunita holds a Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences from the University of Bradford and completed education at Thornton Grammar School.
