Sanjay Ippolito

Sanjay Ippolito is a seasoned professional in the retail property sector with extensive experience in leasing and asset management. Currently serving as Regional Manager at Scentre Group since October 2020, Sanjay oversees a retail portfolio of 13 assets housing over 630 retailers across 204,000 sqm of GLA in New South Wales. Previously, Sanjay worked at Charter Hall from August 2012 to October 2020 as Regional Leasing Manager, managing leasing for multiple assets including Bateau Bay Square and showcasing versatility across different regions in Australia. Earlier roles include Retail Manager and Retail Leasing Executive at GPT Group and a position as Leasing Assistant at Australian Discount Retail Trading. Sanjay holds a Bachelor of Property Economics from the University of Technology Sydney, obtained in 2007.
