Micah Shepard

Micah Shepard has over two decades of extensive experience in the automotive industry, currently serving as President of Vehicle Lifetime Solutions Asia Pacific at Schaeffler since June 2011. In this role, Micah leads the divisional P&L for OES, Independent Aftermarket, and Digital Market Place, overseeing various vehicle segments such as Passenger Cars, Commercial Vehicles, Off Road, and Motorcycles. Micah's previous positions include President Automotive Aftermarket, where a focus was placed on OES and digital sales, and Regional CEO for Southeast Asia/Pacific, managing significant turnover and multiple divisions. Micah's background also includes roles in procurement, automotive R&D, and engineering. Prior experience at Cummins Inc. involved managing the procurement function across international locations, and at FCA Fiat Chrysler Automobiles, Micah held an operations management role at the Dodge Ram Truck Plant. Micah holds an Executive MBA from Rutgers University, a BBA in Economics & Finance from Tennessee State University, and completed an Executive Development Program at Shanghai University.
