Swaraj Dohale

Swaraj Dohale is a Talent Acquisition Executive currently employed at Schbang since January 2023. Prior to this role, Swaraj served as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Impulse Digital Marketing from March 2022 to January 2023 and gained experience as a Human Resources Intern at Buzzworks Business Services Pvt. Ltd. from November 2021 to February 2022. Additionally, Swaraj co-founded What After School?, a community-driven project aimed at equipping students with skills for non-traditional career paths, and worked as a Counseling Trainee at PsychSchool from February to June 2021. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Thakur and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Wilson College, alongside a formative education at Muljibhai Mehta International School.
