Aleksandra Górna

Aleksandra Górna is an experienced UX Designer currently working at Schibsted Tech Polska since June 2016, where responsibilities include researching, optimizing, and designing digital products for the Norwegian market, as well as creating user-centered designs and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance user satisfaction and engagement. Additionally, Aleksandra serves as a Trener UX at infoShare Academy since April 2023. Educational background includes a Master's degree in Human Resources from Uniwersytet SWPS (2017-2018), and a Bachelor's degree from Akademia Wychowania Fizycznego i Sportu im. Jędrzeja Śniadeckiego w Gdańsku (2009-2012), along with earlier studies at Wyższa Szkoła Administracji i Biznesu im. E. Kwiatkowskiego w Gdyni (2013-2015). Prior roles include positions as a UX Designer Intern and Talent Acquisition Partner in both UX & Design and IT domains.
