Olha Hardy

Olha Hardy is a Global Learning Solutions Specialist at Schindler Group since February 2023, responsible for organizing in-house training, managing logistics, and coordinating on various training platforms, including Success Factors and SAP. Previously, Olha served as an LMS Training Coordinator at Schindler Aufzüge AG in Switzerland, collaborating closely with global Training Managers to facilitate corporate business training. Additional experience includes administrative roles at OVAG International AG, where document organization and client support were key responsibilities, and various assistant positions involving translation and event coordination. Olha holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations and Affairs from the University of Warsaw, completed in 2012.
