Jaisharma is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in business finance and financial planning and analysis, currently serving as the Director of Business Finance and Head of FP&A for Schneider Electric India since July 2014. Previous roles at Schneider Electric include Senior General Manager positions focusing on business finance and merger integration, where responsibilities spanned financial performance, forecasting, planning, and business support. Prior to Schneider Electric, Jaisharma worked at Tata Teleservices Ltd, overseeing financial planning and budgeting processes while developing comprehensive reports and analyses. Jaisharma is a Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from Delhi College of Arts & Commerce.
