Rachel graduated from UC Hastings in 2019, where she was a member of the Hastings International and Comparative Law Review and a participant on the Philip C. Jessup International Law moot court team. Throughout law school, she externed across the Northern District, the California Court of Appeals, and the U.S. Attorney’s Office.
Prior to attending law school, Rachel lived in Amman, Jordan for a year and a half, studying Arabic and working for a local startup founded by a Syrian refugee. She worked previously at the Council on Foreign Relations in Washington, DC.
She graduated from George Washington University in 2011 with a BA in Middle Eastern studies and a minor in Semitic Languages.
