Tim Ross is an accomplished business leader with extensive experience in operations and strategic growth. Currently serving as President of Level 5 Leadership Group since February 2018, Tim focuses on helping businesses overcome challenges and achieve growth. As a Strategic Partner at Schooley Mitchell since February 2019, Tim provides clients with independent advice on telecom and other services, leading to significant cost reductions. Tim previously held the position of Chief Executive Officer at Buckets & Bows Maid Service, where revenue doubled and profits quadrupled in 30 months. With a background as Regional Vice President at Party City overseeing numerous business units across multiple states and a long tenure at Walmart in various operational leadership roles, Tim has a proven track record of driving performance and profitability. Tim holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Education from Southwest Baptist University.
