Barb Ross

Barb Ross is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in human resources and organizational effectiveness, currently serving as Chief Administrative Officer at Schuler-Haas Electric Corp. since November 2024. Prior to this role, Barb held various senior leadership positions at Conifer Realty, including Chief Administrative Officer, Executive Vice President of Human Resources, and Interim co-CEO, during which significant process improvements and talent acquisition strategies were implemented.
