Gerhard Bayard

Gerhard Bayard is an experienced human resources professional with a robust background in leadership roles across prominent organizations. Currently serving as Leiter Human Resources & Change at SRF - Schweizer Radio und Fernsehen since May 2020, Gerhard previously held the position of Leiter Human Resources Management at Zürcher Hochschule der Künste from July 2016 to April 2020. Prior to that, Gerhard worked at Schweizer Radio und Fernsehen from October 2010 to June 2016 as Leiter HR Beratung und -Services and as Stv. Leiter Human Resources. Gerhard also served as Bereichspersonalleiter at Schweizer Fernsehen from September 2007 to September 2010, demonstrating a strong expertise in human resources management and organizational change.
